We are excited to announce that Laven Partners now offers in-house staff training in preparation of MiFID II, coming into force on 3 January 2018. Our training will cover a range of topics including, but not limited to:

  • Transaction reporting
  • Inducements and payment for research
  • Financial promotions
  • Product governance and distribution
  • Client reporting
  • Record keeping
  • Telephone recording

Our compliance experts will educate your staff during a 2-4 hour  training session, depending on your needs. These sessions will be broken down into a presentation, followed by a question and answer session with short (15 minute) breaks in between. We will carefully select the topics that are applicable to your business’ needs and therefore relevant to your staff’s knowledge and will disregard topics that have little impact to your business.

Please get in touch with us if you would like in-house MiFID II staff training.
