Bartosz is a Compliance Associate responsible for monitoring and assisting the clients of the Firm. He works alongside Wanshang Luo and Owen Moore to ensure adherence to established guidelines and regulatory requirements. This entails monitoring financial transactions, the liquidity of the portfolio, potential benchmark breaches, and proposing appropriate corrective actions. Bartosz helps in conducting due diligence checks, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and assists the compliance officer in understanding whether clients continue to conduct themselves in line with the Firm’s permission profile and characteristics of the investments per the approvals made by Laven.
Bartosz is a University of Warwick Law graduate with an LLB (Honours) achieved in October 2022. Before joining Laven, Bartosz served as an Associate in Business Support at Laurence Simons, London, where he excelled in client liaison, document production, and legal tasks, whilst making significant contributions to global data analytics and process automation.
