Laven Partners is very excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Alt Credit Intelligence EU Awards in the following three categories:
- Best technology – overall
- Best compliance firm
- Most innovative use of technology – new for 2017
The awards for the above categories are designed to honour firms that have provided an excellent service as a provider of outsourced IT solutions for the credit sector and genuine commitment to customer service. Success in these categories depends on demonstrating customer and revenue growth, detailing examples of how service provision has been able to improve the communication, infrastructure, IT and business development of a client and on providing examples of how the firm has been particularly responsive and innovative in meeting customer need, as well as detailing examples of where client advice has made a real difference to the business development of a credit management firm.
The Alternative Credit Intelligence European Services Awards will be an afternoon of recognition and rewards for those hedge fund service providers that have demonstrated exceptional customer service and innovative product development over the past 12 months.
The Awards ceremony will be held on Thursday 2 November at the Plaisterers’ Hall, London.
