The Services shall be billed, unless otherwise agreed in writing, based upon the degree of responsibility and skill of staff involved, and the time necessarily occupied on the work. All fees are exclusive of value-added or sales tax (or any equivalent taxes applicable to the Services) and disbursements.
Our charge-out rates are (excluding any applicable sales tax):

Please note that all Fees in this Contract and/or Fees quoted in relation to subsequent instructions are based on our knowledge of the facts pertaining to your project at the Start Date or at the date of providing the subsequent quotes, as applicable, which may be incomplete. Furthermore, the Fees are based on you providing us with all relevant information promptly and there being no out of the ordinary complications, changes in the project work or structure, unexpected delays or postponement of the project.
Our Fees are reviewed every six months on the basis of the Services provided to you and in line with inflation rates and market rates.
