Our brand new book is out!

We are thrilled to announce the publication of our Operational Due Diligence Guide to Best Practice Standards.

With MiFID II and the advent of GDPR, compliance and regulatory standards are very much in the spotlight. This means ensuring your firm meets these standards from an operational due diligence (ODD) perspective has never been more important. As leaders in the industry with over a decade of experience performing ODD and offering compliance services, we have compiled this guide to highlight key topics to focus on during an ODD review. We seek to offer a pragmatic view into the assessment of governance, compliance and operational risks by collating guidance provided by the leading industry standards associations: AIMA, MFA, Invest Europe, ILPA and AREF as well as from our own experience.

We believe that education and an environment that is conducive to receiving education should be available to all, as any intelligent child could well be an amazing asset manager, or the best compliance officer, with the right education. We have therefore decided to charge £19 per e-book with all profits being donated to Help for Children and Alternatives 4 Children. Both charities are focused on children and we shall share any profits equally between them.
